Delivery Time - How long will it take to get my ring?
Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Approximate US Mail delivery times are: Pacific States: 2-7 business days, Mountain States: 1-6 business days, Central States: 2-7 business days, Eastern States: 4-10 business days, International: 1-2 weeks. Exchanges - What if I received my ring and it doesn't fit?
No problem. This is very common. As a courtesy to our customers, we offer free size (or style) exchanges at no additional charge. To exchange a ring for a different size, simply print and follow the instructions on our Ring Exchange Form.

Please note: We are not able to exchange rings that have been personalized.

Ring Size - What if I don't know my ring size?
We have created detailed instructions for measuring your ring size on our ring size page. For best results, you may want to visit a jeweler and have your finger sized using a metal ring sizer.

Insurance - I bought insurance, what does it cover?
Jewelry Damage Repair & Replacement insurance purchased for $5.00 during the checkout process covers scratches, dents, nicks, loose or missing stones, or broken pieces including chains, etc. Lost or stolen jewelry is not covered with insurance. To process a claim, simply call 888-261-2176.

Damaged Ring - What if I received my ring and it is defective or damaged?
We are happy to replace it for you, free of charge. Perfection is our goal, however, some items with defects may slip through the cracks or sometimes products can be damaged in the shipping process. If this is the case with your order, simply use our Ring Exchange Form to return your ring. Make note at the bottom of the form that your ring was received damaged or defective, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Type of Fit - What is the difference between a comfort fit band and a standard band?
Click to enlargeComfort fit rings have a bevel on the inside of the ring for a more comfortable fit. Standard band rings are flat on the inside of the ring. We recommend ordering a half size larger on standard band rings wider than 8mm.

Missing Ring - I ordered 2 (or more) rings and only received one, where is the other?
In order to provide faster delivery, some of our our purity rings ship straight from the manufacturer. Orders with rings from two or more manufacturers usually arrive within a couple days of each other.

Shipping Times - How quickly does my order ship?
All our orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Order Delay - I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived.
Orders are generally delayed for two reasons. 1. Your order may have a backordered ring, in which case we would have contacted you via email or phone. 2. US Mail delivery delays. The US Postal service is generally the most affordable way to ship, but not the most reliable. If you suspect this is the case with your order, please contact us.

Tarnish - My ring is not shiny or is turning my finger black or green.
Tarnish is natural in sterling silver rings and is not considered a defect. This can generally be resolved with a clean rag and some toothpaste! Put a small amount of toothpaste on a rag and shine your ring.Once a layer of tarnish is removed, tarnish will not be transfered on to your skin. See our silver polishing cloths.

Rush Delivery - I have a ceremony this weekend, can I get my order on time?
If the ring(s) you want to order are in stock, we can generally have rings delivered within 1 day. Shipping may cost extra, but we would love to go out of our way to help with your special event. Please contact us for availability.

Church Orders - Do you offer discounts on large orders for church groups?
Absolutely. Discounts depend on the quantity of rings ordered as well as the price of each ring. For a personalized quote for your group, please contact us.

International Orders - Do you ship to other countries?
Of course - we love serving people in other countries! We ship our rings primarily to the United States, Canada, American Samoa, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and European countries. All foreign orders (outside the U.S.) will be shipped standard air mail. We cannot guarantee a delivery date with rings shipped to other countries. Hablamos español!

Outside Engraving - Can you engrave the outside of a ring?
We can only engrave the inside of our rings. The outside of the ring remains the same as in the picture.

Large Order Timeframe - How much time will our church need to have a large quantity of rings delivered?
It depends on the quantity, but to avoid paying expedited shipping costs, please allow 3 weeks for larger orders.

Engraved Ring Exchange - Why can't I exchange or return a ring that is engraved?
Since engraved rings can't be re-sold, unfortunately we can't accept exchanges or returns. If you ordered an engraved ring that doesn't fit, we would be glad to give a 20% discount on a new ring.

Money Order - Can I place an order using a check or money order?
Absolutely. Just send us information with the rings you would like (name and SKU), the size of each ring, and a check payable to: "Purity Jewelry" for the total (be sure to include any shipping cost) to: 35 N 1330 W , Orem UT. 84057. Any order paid for by check will not ship until the check is cleared, which is approximately one week after the check is received.
